These Terms of Service govern your use of Essential Autowerks' website, booking forms, services, communications, and appointments. By using our website or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Essential Autowerks provides mobile automotive detailing and related vehicle care services. Services may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detail packages, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other vehicle appearance services. Service availability may vary based on location, vehicle condition, weather, scheduling, and other business factors.

Service Area and Access

Essential Autowerks operates as a mobile service in Springfield, Missouri and surrounding areas. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and legal location to perform the service, along with reasonable access to the vehicle.

Estimates and Pricing

Prices listed online, over the phone, or through messages are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, vehicle condition, pet hair, excessive dirt, stains, odor, mold, debris, additional services requested, travel distance, specialty work, or correction services.

Essential Autowerks reserves the right to adjust pricing before beginning work if the vehicle condition or requested service differs from the original description.

Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment details, including location, vehicle information, contact information, and service requested.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Essential Autowerks may reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and other accepted payment methods as confirmed at booking. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, medications, cash, and fragile items from the vehicle before service. Essential Autowerks is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.

Pre-existing damage, wear, stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, torn fabric, cracked trim, or other vehicle issues may not be fully correctable.

Results and Limitations

We make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality results. However, some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, paint defects, water spots, or interior damage may be permanent or may require additional services. No specific result is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact Essential Autowerks within 24 hours of service completion. We may request photos or an inspection before determining whether additional correction is appropriate.

Liability

Essential Autowerks is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, electrical issues, worn materials, loose trim, failing paint, aftermarket parts, or damage caused by unsafe or defective vehicle conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website operation. Content on the website, including text, images, branding, and service descriptions, may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
